I just called after having my traxxas for only 3 days and the man on the phone came off with a attitude like he doesn't want to be at work and seemed to cair less what my problem was and was like return it .. Then sed o ya best of luck most places won't take back an rc vehicle then he sed he would e Mail me a address to send the part to for replacement after I wanted his manager still the worst service I have had any were in my life sorry butt what a DICK

Called traxxas support with an issue about my ESC. The guy helping me was named Corey, he told me to hold down my ez set button so i asked if that was the set button on the transmitter, he raised his voice and said,NO NOT THE SET BUTTON THE EZ SET BUTTON ON THE ESC. Very unprofessional and very impatient, while trying to do his instructions for reset he got sick of waiting for me and hung up. Thank you traxxas for lying about your so called great customer service... Will not be purchasing from them again.

I bought a new traxxas e revo on 4-3-2021 When I ran the revo I noticed the right front tire was out of round. Called the hobby shop they told me the foam in the tire must have shifted and push on the tire to move the foam and run it and that should solve my problem. It didn't work. Called traxxas they told me they don't warranty tires. Must be nice to not have to warranty a part of the revo and make it the customer's problem.

Worst warranty ever, bought an xmaxx. Motor was completely smashed on the inside after 4 rides. Traxxas says.... Lack of maintanance due to dust and sand on the inside...like!?

What an amount of hate against Traxxas?? I have a Maxx and a Stampede and enjoy them a lot. Sure, when i drive like a total idiot stuff breaks. That is totally on myself and my driving style. They produce one of the toughest rc (Maxx), which is a quality product. If you get into rc you will replace parts and do maintenance. I believe 80% of the people here did not know or realise what having rc hobby really means. Bye

I have many Traxxas products and they are the Apple of the RC world. Great products and customer service.

I have 3 different slashes and countless other models with no other issues. Love the customer service, Treat them like a real humans and they take care of you like family. Look at the google reviews and not this bs website.
