TraxxasReviews of traxxas.com

I think the Traxxas Maxx V2 might just be the best RC on the market. If not the best, in the top three. From build quality to reliability to offering a very smooth and powerful motor and esc, it is able to drive at all speeds in all conditions with ease. I cannot say the same about the 3s or 6s lines which are not smooth and tend to cog and surge quite a bit. If Traxxas offered more vechiles, such as the Raptor R using the Traxxas Maxx 4s system it would literally be the perfect vechile. Whatever you did with the Maxx's drivetrain please duplicate it with your other vechiles. The reason I love the Maxx is because it drives like a real vechile. It is the closest system to a sensored motor/esc that I have found and I believe that is the best type of system to offer in RC's. One that is well rounded and drives smoothly at all speeds.

Had an issue with a battery and received good instructions and quick help. Upon sending the battery back under warranty it took a few weeks to get the replacement sent out. However the team made it right and I appreciate the support I got.

Traxxas is a really good website in my opinion. I honestly don’t know why the rating is so low. I have ordered many Traxxas RC’s From their website and I can always trust them. The only downside is the packaging and delivery process is kind of bad. When I ordered my E Revo 2.0, The box came all mangled And messed up. The packaging was horrible, it looked like they just threw the rc In a box and shipped it to me. But other than that one and only downside the website is amazing.

Spencer from support helped me out perfectly, couldn't have asked for anyone better

As a long time RC enthusiast, I have ordered and used a variety of Traxxas products. Some of them I have been very happy with, such as the X-maxx and TRX4. Others are certainly outdated versus the competition like the Slash, Stampede, and Rustler. I would love to 100% support this US organization, but their continued pushing of outdated products, plus their seemingly frivolous litigation against other RC manufacturers really makes me want to not support them.
