TraxxasReviews of traxxas.com

I bought an E Revo, I love the little thing ! Am 19 and it's kinda like grownup fun toys .

Both times I have called them they have sent me a replacement free of charge for whatever was not working. They didn't give me a hard time. Also, very helpful if you have technical questions.

Bought a brand new Traxxas car for my 8 year old for this birthday. The 2nd day he started using it the battery would not work. My husband called and spoke to a Tech they told him we needed to go to a battery/hardware store and test the batteries to see which one was bad and then get back to them. After spending $200 on a RC car its totally inappropriate for them to think we need to go figure out what was wrong and it's brand new. I don't have time for that so there it sits in its box! Very unhappy! TRA70054-1 Traxxas Slash 4x4 SC Truck with iD Technology TRA7
