Alternative saat hotel penuh di tgl 25, staycation di area Bogor, ada pool, kitchen, overall keluarga enjoy. Ambil yg 2 kamar dan aman aja. Next proses check in aja yg hrs sesuai ya, delay 30min krn apt msh di persiapkan.

The place was very bad also smell so bad till couldn't breath !! We were stuck stayed for 4 nights as they didn't give us refunded. The apart was very dirty and ugly.. bathrooms dirty and disgusting!! Don't trust travelio.. they said there is wifi, but there is no wifi at the property. The worst company ever !!

Deailing with this company is like being in a comedy sketch about the "worst customer service" imaginable. I assume a team of geniuses sat down together for months to carefully construct the most tortuous, unusable, "customer hostile" app imaginable. All the info you need is ONLY accessible through the app, but the app just tells you that your contact details are wrong and to contact customer service. Two hours of tweaking my contact details achieved nothing. And my 75 messages to customer service still have no response. Honestly, avoid this company at ALL costs. PS - I wish I had read the other reviews first. They are 100% correct.

Scammers, false advertising.

It's not a scam, but the customer service and terms and conditions are really bad. If you have a problem, you have a specific deadline for reporting said problem (48 hours for monthly rentals), and if you don't, it's your responsibility to fix that problem if you want it fixed. And if you report a problem within the deadline, it's 50/50 if they'll fix it or not. Certain things go fine, other things are repeatedly ignored. Once I noticed a dirty and nasty small curtain on one of the doors and reported it. They took the curtain saying they'll clean or replace it, but they never did, even after repeated inquiries to CS. The ratings of the apartments are a joke, written by the staff. Some of the reviews on Google Play are two, which surely must be a breach of Google's T&C. Find a trustworthy agent instead.

Extremely Unprofessional – Deposit Refund Delay & Zero Transparency Review: My experience with Travelio was extremely disappointing. I checked out properly, returned everything, and followed every rule — yet they expect customers to wait one full month just to receive their own deposit. This is completely unreasonable and not aligned with international hospitality standards. What made it worse is their slow inspection, unclear process, and delayed communication. As a traveler visiting Indonesia, this left a very negative impression. Companies dealing with tourists must be faster, more transparent, and respectful of customers’ time. I will not be using Travelio again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.

Very bad company, scammer, don’t ever think to book with them.

Worst customer service, waste so many days for just loading up my things. I spent 4days for that. Ask to pay electricity that i never use.
