About Traveler's Joy

We're a small group of folks that started Traveler's Joy on a stoop in Brooklyn, NY in 2004. However, it all really started in 2003 with the serendipitous meeting of our founders at the first overnight hut of the Milford Track in New Zealand. Taking the company from a muddy hike on the South Island to the world's most popular honeymoon registry in a few short years required a lot of work. Luckily we have the best team in the world! Traveler's Joy continues to grow into a new decade and we're all very excited at what the future will bring. If you have any questions, suggestions, comments, or quotes (or just want to say "Hi!"), always feel free to contact us! You are the lifeblood of our business and the keeper of our hearts.

We are happy that we used Traveler's Joy for our honeymoon registry. It was easy account to set up an account with them, and transferring fund was seamless. We highly recommend Traveler's Joy!

Very positive experience with Traveler's Joy. So easy to register and obtain payment for all of the gifts. LOVE! Would highly recommend.

I do not think that Traveler's Joy …
I do not think that Traveler's Joy should take the percentage of your funds that they do. However, the ease of the website and options were great.

Hi Taylor, Thanks for your feedback. In order for us to accept credit cards and pay our team a living wage, we must charge a fee. Three years ago we enabled the option for couples to receive gifts via check or cash from the gift giver. For those gifts there is no fee. I'm sorry you were not aware of that option as that would have eliminated all fees for gifts given that way. Thanks again for your feedback. We are always trying to find ways to lower our costs. Personal registry was very easy to set …
Personal registry was very easy to set up. This company delivered on it's commitment without any hassles or issues, received the funds when requested. Website was very user friendly. Received a quick answer when I had a question. Highly recommend Traveler's Joy.
