To those seeking a ballon artist, I highly recommend Party Balloons by Q. With limited details on my behalf, Q created beautiful ballon arrangements for an elementary school dance. The parents were amazed by the beautiful balloon columns and decor. Thank you Party Balloons by Q!!!!!
