About Traveler's Joy

We're a small group of folks that started Traveler's Joy on a stoop in Brooklyn, NY in 2004. However, it all really started in 2003 with the serendipitous meeting of our founders at the first overnight hut of the Milford Track in New Zealand. Taking the company from a muddy hike on the South Island to the world's most popular honeymoon registry in a few short years required a lot of work. Luckily we have the best team in the world! Traveler's Joy continues to grow into a new decade and we're all very excited at what the future will bring. If you have any questions, suggestions, comments, or quotes (or just want to say "Hi!"), always feel free to contact us! You are the lifeblood of our business and the keeper of our hearts.

travelers joy was perfect for our honeymoon fund. It was fun having what we were planning on there so guest knew what their contributions were going towards.

Excellent option for gift giving and …
Excellent option for gift giving and helping to enhance the honeymoon experience. It cut the cost of what we would have paid ourselves. Also, the gift givers loved getting the Thank You card with the picture of us having the honeymoon experience that they gifted to us.

Really cool idea. This was so much more useful than getting a bunch of things that we will never use and gets dusty. We had the best honeymoon ever

The feedback we got from people who …
The feedback we got from people who bought us things on this registry really liked the platform because their money was actually tied to something tangible and they felt like they were actually buying us an experience on our honeymoon instead of just sending us $50 and saying "have fun."

Wonderful experience using Traveler's Joy! I loved the instant updates of when gifts were given and by whom. Also redeeming our monetary gifts was simple and convenient.

Fantastic from start to finish....
Fantastic from start to finish.... My wife and I had a blast putting the site together and had unbelievably helpful customer service interactions throughout. I highly recommend Traveler's Joy....they helped make our honeymoon dreams come true.
