About Traveler's Joy

We're a small group of folks that started Traveler's Joy on a stoop in Brooklyn, NY in 2004. However, it all really started in 2003 with the serendipitous meeting of our founders at the first overnight hut of the Milford Track in New Zealand. Taking the company from a muddy hike on the South Island to the world's most popular honeymoon registry in a few short years required a lot of work. Luckily we have the best team in the world! Traveler's Joy continues to grow into a new decade and we're all very excited at what the future will bring. This was a really easy to use website that allowed my guests to purchase travel gifts for my wife's and my honeymoon. It was easy to set up and looked really professional online.

For those that don't need the blender!
Adam and this website were both amazing. The ease of use for creating and managing the registry was fabulous! Adam was expeditious responding to questions, and his follow-up was refreshingly great!! I'm continually referring this site to friends and family. It's a great concept and very fun!

Carefree Honeymoon
This was the best idea ever! My husband and I didn't need any home or house stuff since he was moving into my 600 square feet apartment so having a honeymoon registry was perfect! The guests enjoyed it too, even though it seemed like they were just giving money. Most of them were excited to hear how we had fun on the trip with their help! Financially it was the best choice because we paid for our wedding mostly ourselves so having the honeymoon paid for was amazing!

Travelers Joy is a perfect non-traditional option!
We had a great experience using Travelers Joy. As a young couple having lived on our own for several years, we had a lot of traditional registry items, therefore wanted to give our guests another option for purchasing us gifts that would be useful and helpful for us. Travelers Joy was a great option for us and was definitely worth it.
