Invoice amount ending "666" was enough to end insurance with Travelers.
We are trying to move to buy a new home in NM, we currently reside in AR. We bundle for home and auto, and we pay in full for a year in advance for a further discount.
We put an offer in on a new build in NM, so we quoted with Travelers for the NM home. This was only a QUOTE, as our offer was pending. We did not get the home, due to bidding wars. But Travelers started a NEW policy for the NM home and the current car policy where we reside was cancelled by them and they started a new car policy in NM. We then received a bill for auto/home for NM. I spoke to Supervisor Bridget Girard, who said the sales agent should not have linked the two accounts: current auto/home policies where we reside in AR vs quoted auto/home policies in NM. She said not to worry, she would fix it. SHE DID NOT FIX! I received a bill for auto/home policy in NM. I told them to CANCEL this quote for NM, as we did not get the house, but KEEP the existing home & auto policy where we reside in AR. I received a notice by email: Our auto policy where we reside was cancelled by Travelers, because it was tied to the NM home that we did not get! When I called Travelers, I was charged an additional amount for the "reinstatement" of auto policy in AR, even though it was Traveler's fault, and even though I paid for home & auto for AR for the entire year in advance!!
Because of Traveler's mistake of "unbundling" our auto insurance where we reside in AR, I received a new quote for the next year: 40% increase for home policy, and we have yet to receive the auto policy quote.
The 2023 quote for AR home policy increased 40%: $1,666 -- I kid you not! I asked Traveler's to redo the quote, there was a mistake. Do they not know that the number "666" is tied to Satan? They tell me the price increase was due to previous "unbundling" of the home/auto policy where we reside in AR, which was Traveler's initial mistake. NEVER AGAIN! Good bye, Travelers. Your CEO makes $15 million yearly bonus off the backs of the disabled and poor. Your own Supervisors are too stupid to realize they did not fix their mistake, they made it 10x worse for us, a 100% disabled combat Veteran household!!
The invoice amount ending "666" for account ending 365633 was a sign from above to NEVER do business with this evil company.

Great Experience with Travelers
Travelers just provided me with the best experience I've had with an insurance company. I'm over 40, so I have lots of experience with Insurance Companies.
The basics. My outdoor electric box was broken open, and my meter was stolen. The real issue is that the door was also stolen. I have a 400 amp outdoor box. That is enough to run two full houses.
I did a lot of research and tried to find the part, and it was impossible. I avoided calling the insurance company because I figured that would be a mess. However, when I called, they were happy with all of the prework I had done attempting to research the issue and solve it. I was sent to an adjuster. The adjuster called me within an hour. She approved the expenses needed to make the purchase.
The process was easy, simple, and they covered what they needed to get us back to the same condition we had before the crime.

Travelers easily resolved 2 issues
A deer hit my car and Travelers was prompt to review and accept the repair costs (10k), less my deductible.
A year later, mice had entered my garage, entered underneath my car and ate the wires. Eventually, my dashboard went blank. The dealer repair shop said the wires are made with a blend of soy (similar to corn used in gasoline blends) which mice like.
Again, Travelers covered the costs (2k). PS, I sealed the garage area where mice entered, so problem solved.
I've been a customer for 13+ years (PS, under a different name).

Worst insurance ever
Worst insurance ever. This is not a company to go for whatever reason. This is fraud at its peak. I was charged double for two months. Within two months they charged me again. Then the worst came when I called and questioned the charges they did tried to explain and then silently cut off my insurance before I knew it. It took me three weeks to know I was driving an uninsured car. When I called them all they could say was I didn't conduct a welcome call with them. They had never tried to call me for any reason and didn't get me. They just realized I want going to let them steal from me. Then they didn't refund me. They never said anything. I tried getting reasons and they promised to get my insurance reinstated but failed. I missed 8hrs of work because I couldn't drive. This is the worst insurance company to enter have to deal with for any reasons.

I wish I read the 1 ratings Before signing…
I wish I read the number 1 ratings before I purchased Travelers insurance through Geico. Long story short –I called about a year ago and asked if I can claim damage from rain and wind and the person I spoke with said, no they're acts of God and cannot be claimed. I spoke to a friend about 8 or 9 months after that and he said you definitely are insured. I put in a claim and I received a fraction of what was due given the catch 22 of I couldn't prove that the year ago damage from wind and rain because I had fixed most of the items. I went to the insurance Commissioner of California and they said you can definitely take them to court, but we don't get involved. Speaking to the lower echelon to the upper echelon representatives of Travelers insurance is like going down the rabbit hole. Don't buy them or use them for anything!
Then after getting a fraction back from the claim, they raise my rates about 400%.

Yikes
The claim rep doesn’t seem to want to resolve this issue and no communications whatsoever and didn’t even let me know how to get my car towed from the towing place to the repair shop and causing extra storage fees at the towing place. If my premium increases because of their incompetence I’m leaving and switching to their competitors
