They never respond to your calls
They never respond to your calls. Keep leaving voice messages but no echoes. I think it's their tactics to make us tired and eventually back out. I don't know how their business even can exist.

I wish I could give this company 0 Stars. Horrible and worthless company. I bought their insurance through hopper. My flight was cancelled which I had no control over and they refused to refund the insurance I opted in through hopper. No flight took place so you would assume your money would be refunded. According to AON insurance, they will not refund your money back even if your flight was cancelled. I will never deal with this company again and will make it aware to others so they don't purchase AON insurance and make the same mistake!

Purchased a flight on American Airlines, through Expedia, and opted for the Aon Affinity Travel Insurance. Had to make a simple scheduling change 72 hours later – same airline, same passenger, same departing/arriving airports - and of course, AON Infinity Travel Insurance / AIG Travel Insurance denied any coverage. American Airlines wasn’t losing any business, this was just a date change - DENIED! It would have been the same outcome if I had not purchased the insurance at all. So, purchasing AON Infinity Travel Insurance (AIG) is totally worthless. Insurance companies don’t stay in business by paying out for claims, and AON Infinity Travel Insurance (AIG) is no different. If you pay, 99.9% chance you will be denied for any claim filed, no matter what the reason. Horrible companies, horrible coverage.

Terrible experience. I paid a lot of money for this insurance. Unfortunately, I encountered travel delays which caused me to miss a connecting flight and my cruise ship. In addition, my luggage was lost. The claims process is extremely difficult. I have submitted receipts twice. I have provided written documentation from the cruise line. Now I'm being asked to provide written documentation from the airline and to submit receipts yet again. They have all of my trip information. I think this process is extremely difficult and not customer friendly.

0 stars! This is covered that not. Oh this is covered only after you submit to your own insurance but now actually that is not. So much BS and back and forth and misinformation. Total scam. Just keep your own medical information and save a few extra $$ just in case. You won't get it back from them anyways...

Trip was cancelled by the company due to weather. The policy was supposed to cover associated airfare. We were offered credit with the airline, but won’t be able to use it. Son’s respond is, “sorry.” Buyer beware.

We paid for AON trip interruption insurance straight from Princess Cruise, when we booked our cruise. My husband got pneumonia the second night and was seen by the ship's male nurse. He said he had a fever but his lungs were clear. Our first stop was in Santa Barbara. We got off the ship and went straight to the Hospital. The ER Doctor told me my husband had bad bad pneumonia. Long story shorter, they gave him bag after bag of antibiotics and his vitals stayed good so at 11 pm they released him noting he could not get back on the ship (which was already gone anyways). They, the hospital said there was a Inn .1 miles away and they give hospital discounts. We stayed there for the night. At 11:30 pm we finally got a call from an AON Rep saying we had to get a medical clearance from the ER Doctor so she could make flight arrangements for us.I told her my husband could not fly and we would have to get a rental car the next day. She still insisted I get the paperwork from the hospital. I had to walk back to the hospital around Midnight and of course the ER Doctor was gone and they could not tell me when she would be back on duty. The next day we got a rental car and after 11 hours with a very sick husband, we made it home. AON does NOT cover the Lodging nor do they cover food. I have had to fight with them to even get the rental car covered. They, AON, says the claim would be finished in 3 weeks. It is now going on 6 weeks and I finally got the car rental reimbursement yesterday. Please before you book a cruise search out for decent insurance. Don't just go with the one the Ship offers as their premium Platinum Plus insurance, it does NOT cover what a common sense person would think it covers. Take the time to read the coverage.

I purchased travel insurance through Expedia for my daughter on a flight that she missed because her ID was stolen (police report was obtained) have been trying to find out status of claim for 20 days now and getting one run around after another. Beware they are a fraudulent. Going to file a claim in court soon. Also their website is out of order.
