Hello David! That is a great suggestion and will bring it to our staff! We do have a unit called the RVR where you use a remote control to use the unit, you can check it out on our website! But are happy it is working great for you!

Customer service.... is comparable to kicking your bed frame with your pinkie toe. Its about that painful. I purchased this product only to have one of the tubes bust on initial use. As you can imagine the other one burst because of the added pressure. Trailer tongue weight roughly 250lbs. I get it might have been a defect but asking for them to honor the failure and get me 2 tubes sent next day was 30 minutes of my life i wont get back. They don't care about clients or truly resolving an issue. As usual just another company that does not value client relations. I wouldn't buy based on the interaction and experience from their customer service.

Hi Jeff, I am sorry that your inner tires blew out. We apologize that we did not have any inner tubes available at that time. If you would like to contact us again we would be happy to send you some. Please reach out to [email protected]. Also please make sure that the tire pressure is between 82-83 psi, and that you are cranking the drive shaft as you are turning. Thank you for your time.

I have had my Valet trailer for threes years it’s great. I’m not the best at backing in my 26 ft trailer into my 10 ft wide driveway. With the Valet no problem. Only problem so far was a flat tire on one of the Valet. Did it my self with the help of YouTube video.

The trailer valet didn’t work for me at all. It wouldn’t even move my boat and trailer. I was so excited to get my trailer valet and it was extremely disappointing when it didn’t do, what it had been touted to do. I’ve read the instructions completely many times but for some reason, it won’t handle my boat and trailer as expected. So now, I have to look for a much better alternative. I wasted $840.

Hi Scott, Thank you for reaching out to Trailer Valet. We’re sorry that you were disappointed with your unit. It sounds like you have the XL unit for your boat trailer. We usually recommend the 5X unit instead, for many boat trailer owners for multiple reasons. But if you want to make the XL work for you, we recommend trying the mounting bracket. If you would reach out to customer service ([email protected]) we would be happy to explain and find a solution for you. Thank you so much!

Really nice just wish it was a little taller. I also had to purchase some washers as my existing hardware was a little too small for my liking.

Works great, solidly built. Only issue is that I have to use it hunched over. I move a large 34 foot pontoon that weighs 7000 lbs into a tight storage unit, couldn’t do it without the trailer Valet

A neighbor introduced me to this because I have 28 foot bumper pull travel trailer that fits very VERY tight on the side of my house. There are also internet and phone boxes that add to the mess. One time using it, I was sold, and bought mine. Package received... so happy. I can push my trailer (6,300 lbs) With EASE! When I bought my trailer, I was under the impression I’d actually have to pay a place to let me store my trailer there. I was so upset that I started looking for a new house. But then the trailer valet came along... bodda bing bodda boom! The drill attachment is pretty cool and works very well. Just be careful when steering (haha). Worth the money!!! Do it!!! In doubt?.... stop thinking and get it.
