After having read nine consecutive negative reviews without so much as a single positive one to reassure me, I emailed support with only the request to discontinue any and all future recurring fees only to discover to my amazement that my Predictive Alpha Elite subscription was promptly closed altogether, complete with a regular old-fashioned cash refund as (at present) a pending transaction to my payment method.
Indeed, Spirit Funds, LLC just simply returned the entire $215.32, which included the Washington state sales tax right away without any delay whatsoever.

For 49 dollars you get nothing
For 49 dollars you get nothing. As all these services they sell their product for for a low price. Only to find out that to get anything worth while it cost at least 1500 dollars. Then I read that even these expensive plans don't pan out. It sounds so good, then the bottom falls out. Invester Place that backs them is just as bad. If it is so good why not invest in your own product and get rich. Then They can offer a product for a price us little guys can afford. The 1%ers are crooks that is how they got rich. Pride and greed have been around for Thousands of years. Christ said a wealthy men has a better chance at getting through an eye of a needle than getting to Heaven. I think God knows what he is talking about.

We are sorry to hear that this customer was not satisfied with his Predictive Alpha subscription. We feel for $49 a year the editorial content the customers receive, in addition with the model portfolio and search access is a very good value. This being said, we understand that it may not be the correct fit for every subscriber. The subscription did come with a money back guarantee and we have refunded this customer his $49.

"100% Total Satisfaction is false and misleading.
The company's "100% Total Satisfaction Guarantee" is false and misleading. They promise a "full credit for every dollar you spent" and state "I'm willing to personally guarantee your satisfaction. When I asked for my account to be closed and my credit card credited because I was dissatisfied, they informed me they can only give "Tradesmith" credit - no cash refunds. I was not requesting a cash refund, only a credit to my payment source. What a scam. Keith Kaplan and his company should be embarrassed and ashamed. I have filed a complaint with the BBB to resolve this, and will also contact my credit card company. I'm 70 years old and should have spotted this false advertisement. They only want your money. Stay away from this company!

This customer also submitted a complaint with the BBB. I will share the same response here.
In the .pdf file of the guarantee provided by the customer (on the BBB complaint), it clearly states "we do not offer cash refunds". In addition, the copy on the order form explained that the credit received could be used toward the price of any of or other TradeSmith products. We believe that the terms of this guarantee were clearly stated.
This being said, we do not want to part with this customer on bad terms. I have reviewed this customer's request and I have authorized a one-time exception. We will be refunding the customer for this purchase. I have left a voicemail for this customer explaining this and have also responded to an email they sent to our support team as well.

I think Ive been scammed
Joined up for a service that cost USD 49. Got an email saying thanks and that another email would be forthcoming. Now 4 days later still no email received . Sent them a email asking what has happened and i got standard reply saying due to holidays we cant respond. Smells like a scam, looks like a scam
Update.. they sent me an email apologising for delay and said that my logon email was also being resent but to check spam/junk email. The email they sent me to apologise and notify they would be sending another email went straight to inbox but the logon email etc has not been received nor is it in spam or junk email..... I cant understand why that just cant send the email with login details etc.... seems somehow they dont want to send it.... very strange way to operate... if I dont get it by this Friday i will cancel subscription and ask them to take me off from all mailing lists.. its pretty easy to do business in a straight and efficient manner not sure why these people seem to have trouble doing that ....

This customer also emailed our support address. Due to an overwhelming response to our recent offers, we had not been able to respond to our emails as quickly as we normally would. We have resent this customer his confirmation email. While we would hate to see this customer go before he has the opportunity to review Predictive Alpha, we also explained to him that the offer he responded to did have a money back guarantee and we've offered to honor this and refund him if he would prefer to cancel. We are actively working with this customer to resolve this issue to his satisfaction.
As the customer did not receive the confirmation email I had resent to him, I have set a temporary password and sent him this along with instructions to access his Predictive Alpha content.

Predictive Alpha Prime - SCAM
I purchased the Predictive Alpha Prime service about a month and a half ago. This AI service was a complete scam - after tracking performance of over 50 stocks for the last month, I'm pretty sure the AI that they "spent so much time and money on" is just a random number generator. It literally would have been better to make trades in the opposite direction of what the AI predicted. For example, of 50 stocks only 7 out of the 50 stocks were even within a 2% range from the predicted price. 23 were over a 10% variance. 6 of those were even over a 20% variance.
Here's a snapshot:
ADBE - Predicted change from 5/5 to 6/5 = 0.2%; Actual change = 24.6%; Variance = 24.4%
ASML - Predicted change from 5/5 to 6/5 = -0.6%; Actual change = 11.1%; Variance = 11.7%
BURL - Predicted change from 5/5 to 6/5 = 0.5%; Actual change = -18.7%; Variance = -19.2%
Tradesmith's marketing practices are extremely deceptive and unethical. Please stay away.

We are very sorry to hear that this customer hasn’t been satisfied with Predictive Alpha so far. Our developers have done some research and they did notice that 5/2 happens to be one of the worst performing days we’ve had since launching the product. Admittedly, results on individual days (or even weeks) can be hit or miss… And we only launched the product about six weeks ago, but here are the complete results from 4/25/23 - 6/5/2023:

The customer declined the credit and asked us to remove the automatic renewal from their subscription in lieu of canceling so they still have any active subscription at this time.

keep sending me info about their recommendation. I sent them email to stop, as I do not need them, but I still receive plenty. Also, do your best, their picks are like a gambling. Only some of them look good when the market is up and up.

Marketing Hassle not worth the information!
I have NEVER purchased a service where they sold my email to so many associates (or non-associates)! I am inundated with about 50 emails a day for all the garbage they send and I am having to shut down my email account that I used for twenty years before they got it! While I was hopefully for the benefits of their research, nothing is worth that hassle.

Tradesmith investment marketing
Tradesmith's basic market analysis is useful for longer-term investors looking for entry / exit points in the US markets mainly.
AVOID the expensive subscriptions . You won't learn about their real-world profit / loss record until it is too late.
Don't rely on your card company to fight for you ; mine treated me like a criminal so I have written off all my subscriptions.
AVOID Tradesmith. It's smart marketing and not much else.
