We are very sorry to hear if our services did not meet your expectations. With Signals, we would be happy to speak to you about the performance, source of the backtested results and what you are seeing on your end. Less than fifty percent is drastically different from everything we see on our end. Additionally, credit refunds do not lose the remainder if you don't spend it all. You are limited to a year time frame to spend the credit, but you can make multiple purchases if the balance allows without losing the dollar value. It would likely be beneficial for us to have a conversation and go over the services and how they are intended to be used to ensure you are actually receiving the benefit from them.
