"A few people felt very dissatisfied after paying significant upfront fees without receiving clear updates or satisfactory resolutions to their concerns. Some reviewers mentioned feeling ignored by representatives once payments were completed." I am curious to know HOW they could have paid anything Up Front since this company works on CONTINGENCY ONLY. Their marketing materials CLEARLY state NO upfront Fees. There are NO UPFRONT FEES WHATSOEVER. IN FACT, THEIR CONTRACT HAS THIS IN WRITING. They don't even ask for payment information during the intake or filing process. Refund Flow: When CBP issues a refund, the check or ACH goes directly to the client (the Importer of Record). Their invoice of 20% contingency fee after the client has confirmed receipt of their funds. Contractual Guarantee: Their standard Consulting Agreement and LPOA explicitly state that compensation is strictly contingency-based. If there is no refund, there is no fee.

Excellent experience. Very professional and explained what was required to complete my task! Thanks for making a difficult situation much easier!
