Started the process in August, at first the experience was great. Although I was pressured to write a review in the initial moment with the sales guy still on the line. I would take back those 5 stars! Come to find out they outsource you to a third party, which is fine I guess, if they would call you back. It took 2 months to get the draft documents back, after review I caught several errors that amount to $36k I would owe. I’m no tax expert but if i found the errors?!!?! Now that I questioned it. Radio silence. Extremely disappointed. Just want to get this behind me. Please call me for the love of god.

I feel like I am in the Wild Wild West and have been simply robbed. Guy named Bill contacted me and painted such a lovely picture about how they would catch up all of my taxes, promised a resolution and Biil stated that he would walk with me all the way to resolution. They took over 6 thousand dollars in fees and bill has Ghoasted me every since. Refuse to take phone calls and returned only one email. I am now sending emaiils to the top brass in some hopes of getting my money back. I would say stay away. They make tons of promises, get your money and then laugh all the way to the bank. I just hope I find someone with a heart to do the right thing and return my money. God bless you.

Lindsay is absolutely awesome! As someone who is new to this, I really appreciate how patient and thorough she was in explaining my tax filing situation. She took the time to explain everything in detail, answer all of my questions, and make sure I truly understood how everything worked. Her explanations made me feel much more calm, comfortable, and knowledgeable about my taxes. She was especially patient in going over my deductions based on my pay stub and clarifying my tax situation for 2026. I left feeling reassured and at ease, knowing that I would not be owing for 2026. My representative was Jonathan Nuqui. He immediately put me at ease and obtained as much preliminary information as he could. Of course, this is a stressful time, but Jonathan made me feel heard and supported throughout our conversation. Although this is the start of this process, I feel more confident that I made a good decision to go with TRA than any other tax relief firm.

All of these companies are similar, if not the same. They make promises up front and then want to charge you an astronomical amount to resolve your issue. Once you sign on the dotted line, you seldom hear from them and/or they are okay with the process taking 10 years to resolve while you pay, pay, pay. Please avoid them if you can. This applies to tpa and tps. Refunds are almost non-existent. If you request one, please be prepared to itemize your expenses...look at every digit as they tried to pull one over my head.
