I appreciate TRA for making continual strives to help resolve an issue that I had accessing the client portal. They were professional and courteous. The only thing that could have made it better was if it could have been resolved sooner. It took weeks rather than days to find the solution. However, nothing negative resulted as a result of the delay, so I am content. I would recommend them!

They made promises which didn't come to fruition! I ended up paying TRA $5K on top of what I owed to the IRS! RUN!
