I had a problem and one Representative,Salvador Cisneros, got right on it and got back to me pretty quickly. Which everyone else told me to wait on a phone call for someone, which was strange getting a call back from (no name)

I was having trouble getting ahold of my case officer. After several times of trying him. Someone reached out and explained to me what happened. His name is Barry Baron. He was nice and explained everything to me. I would recommend him to any one. Thanks again.

My tax preparer takes time to explain why it is what it is, he listens to my feedback and he work #'s. He doesn't makes excuses, He's knowledgeable of his job. Hats off too Adam Matto. 🎉. I definitely would and will recommend him and the company ..

Great experience

I appreciate TRA for making continual strives to help resolve an issue that I had accessing the client portal. They were professional and courteous. The only thing that could have made it better was if it could have been resolved sooner. It took weeks rather than days to find the solution. However, nothing negative resulted as a result of the delay, so I am content. I would recommend them!
