I have been working with TRA a little over a year. I like the fact that TRA has resolved most of my tax issues and put me on the path to not having future issues. What I don't like is that it has been very difficult to reach someone when I have a problem or question. For example, I had been unable to access my online account for almost two months, despite numerous calls and emails. I got lucky today when I reached Ricardo Rodriguez and he was able to get me back into the system within minutes.

I just recently reinstated my account with TRA and has been assigned Ben. I haven't had the opportunity to work with him on my account yet but I look forward to his prompt response and feedback to get this issue resolved in a timely manner.
