I had a problem and one Representative,Salvador Cisneros, got right on it and got back to me pretty quickly. Which everyone else told me to wait on a phone call for someone, which was strange getting a call back from (no name)

I was having trouble getting ahold of my case officer. After several times of trying him. Someone reached out and explained to me what happened. His name is Barry Baron. He was nice and explained everything to me. I would recommend him to any one. Thanks again.

The process with the IRS can be stressful and scary. TRA has been great and patient with me through this and explained it all along the way. Today I had an issue with Docs upload and Alan Alberto and another representative (didn’t get her name) were very helpful.

Everyone that i have talked to has been very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I don't know how to send documents via the internet, so having to mail everything USPS has definitely slowed the progress of my case. There have been multiple times that i have sent papers but have been told that they never arrived. That has been frustrating. But, all-in-all, my experience with TRA has been very good.
