My call on May 29 I will call a success because speaking with Juan , who is in customer service had shown me his helpful service. I requested to extend my payment because I just paid few days ago, and in June 1 would be paying another amount and when I explained that it will be too much, he told me a very positive answer and the rest of the call made my day more brighter, breathing more easily. I appreciate that kind of help I needed so badly! Thank you ! You rock Juan!

Aaron Sebreros did a good job of explaining all of the supports TRA offers in the initial conversation. I paid the $600 deposit in good faith. After following up after the time frame Aaron told me he said I qualify for OIC of xxx-xxxx amount. He then said their services was going to be another $4600. That is when I hit the breaks. Aaron stayed that on a recorded call if we were not satisfied with the offer we would get our $600 back. I called 7 different tax relief organizations after the cost of TRA was stated. 3 out of 7 would not take our business because of our income, amount owed and the fact we were already on a monthly installment agree with the IRS with no collection notices. They said they would be robbing us. All 7 states we would never be eligible for OIC. I took this information back to Aaron (all via email or text for documentation purposes) and he just blew it off as they did not know what they were doing like TRA. For over a week I have been requesting my $600 deposit refunded. My wife and I have ended up taking the advice of 2 tax relief places and paid off what we owe the IRS. I have contacted TRA Customer service twice with the last time saying their refund department reached out to Aaron and that is potentially why I have not heard anything in the 2 day time frame I was told. Aaron has since ghosted me in any attempts of communication.

Absolutely horrendous service. Paid them 20,000 dollars and have been ghosted. They did not file my 2025 taxes and no response to emails or text messages. Do not trust them.

They misinformed me about what I was paying for and basically I spent 600 dollars to be told that a debt of 5k would cost me 5k to have them mediate. How ridiculous is that? I am out 600 and will never do business with that dishonest enterprise again.

I spoke with Matt for the initial consultation and he was very thorough in explaining the process and made my husband and I feel confident we chose the right company for assistance. We paid the initial fee up front to start the investigation although he stated that we would get a full refund on that if we did not agree with the settlement he provides in the coming weeks.
