TRAReviews of tra.com

Janine Solis was very knowledgeable, friendly, understanding & on top of her game. I know at times it must have been frustrating for her, she showed her professional side &came through like a champ. Rare qualities. A keeper! Almost makes me wish I had to pay taxes again! May God Bless Her.🙏💪💜🤠🇺🇸

The representative was wonderful, very helpful and responsive to anything that I needed. His name is Andrey Krupen.

had got behind on my taxes. didn't know what to do. made a call to TRA where i talked to Andrew. him and the other nice people at TRA jumped on my problem and made me fill at ease and i can sleep better knowing that they are working on it. would highly recommend them to anyone needing help

After spending $595 to have them review my case they informed me that they could reduce my $50k tax debt for the cost of $25k. If I had $25k laying around I could resolve the issue myself. Then they lowered my credit score by 20 points with a hard enquiry to see if they could loan me the $25k to no avail. Now my phone rings 20 - 30 times a day with spam calls offering me personal loans. Overall waste of time and money

Ben Lawrence has been extremely helpful with the process rgarding my tax situation, he has been thorough with explaining the process as well as all necessary follow up.

Trisha Ngo assisted me a lot today with my case and I definitely recommend TRA.
