Briana Ortiz has handled our case for the past two weeks. She had a sense of urgency that our previous representative did not have for two years of working together. Briana got everything pulled together and made sure we were taken care of promptly and accurately. She was dedicated and determined to help fix all the problems that our other rep could not. Briana is a true professional who cares about your outcome!

Terrible . The representative literally talked to my husband a few times and just kept saying one thing then another trying his best to get us signed up then I talked to him 1 on 1 and when I said we will try to sign up later on he kept on trying to get me signed up and literally said u won’t call back most people don’t if they don’t do it today putting words and actions in my mouth isn’t the way u go about things . Lies do not I repeat do not deal with these crooks they are trying to get u signed in and locked in and what reviews I’ve read they take it and leave u hanging !!! Not me I’m smarter than u buddy and u are the reason people don’t call back !!!

Heidi Vitug put me at ease, told me what to expect, and basically, held my hand during our time together. Case resolved, and I could not be happier. And, I made a new friend.

Travis made everything about my tax issue comfortable to deal with. He was able to explain my situation in a way I could easily understand and proceed.

First, let me start by saying when you owe anything to the IRS and are receiving all kinds of letters it can be very scary. The person that has really helped me the most at TRA is Janine Solis. Janine has been , and still is very patient, she answers every single question even though I’m sure I’ve asked them multiple times and she promptly returns all of my phone calls and emails .. She’s very thorough in her explanation, even though she may have had to explain more than once, Because of her my mind is at peace and the debt that I owe is being taken care of promptly
