Customer service is horrible. No one will respond to email. Meal deliveries rarely come on the Tuesdays like they did in the beginning. Today is Friday and I still don’t have my meals for the week (they will have to be thrown out). FedEx is part of the problem but alas I did not order meals from FedEx.

BEWARE. I purchased a Tovala, then quickly changed my mind after reading reviews and discussing the product with my husband. I promptly requested a return label for the unopened package and stated that we did not want any meals shipped to us. I've now requested a return label online 4 times and I've called twice but they do not answer their phones despite long hold times. From the first request forward, I clearly stated: "Do not send meals, and please send a return label asap". A week has passed since my first return request and meals were delivered today. No response from Tovala. I will take the unopened boxes to UPS tomorrow and REFUSE DELIVERY/RETURN TO SENDER and then submit a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau. The company has a poor business model and very poor customer service.

I had problems signing up. They didn't like my CC. Thier system kept saying it was a prepaid card. It isn't. Had to call their customer service number every time I tried to order food. I finally gave up and cancelled service. I got an email stating that I did cancel...we'll see.

I purchased the oven and have been doing the meals for about a year. Never had one issue with quality or delivery. The only reason I gave the company 4 stars is because of sodium content. There are very few low-sodium options. Otherwise, I highly recommend. Sorry to see all the low-star reviews.

I have been a member for almost a year. I have had no issues with the shipping. The oven is great; the meals are generally good. They are constantly adding more variety. I think the cost is comparable to other meal kits but these require less preparation than others I have had. Big attraction to me is that they have single portions. The company has been responsive when I send queries. The only criticism I have is that there is not a lot of variety to the meal plans (for example, rare vegan choices) and many are high in calories. I did question them about being high in sodium and they responded that part of the reason for that was preservation and shipping. Most of the packaging is reusable and/or recyclable. Not perfect but I have tried many companies that deliver meal kits and this one has proved to be the best for me.

Easy to use, portions just right, no clean up, plenty of selections every week, delivery has been good always new items, they want to hear what you like and what you dislike. Immediate credit if any item is missing (only one time in a year). Better service and delivery than other meal plans I have used that required too much prep time any many pots to wash. Perfect for person living alone who does not wish or have time to shop and cook after working or at school.

I've been a customer for a few weeks. Skipped a couple of times because there was nothing on the menu I liked. The last order I placed was supposed to arrive 2 days ago. Nothing. No tracking. No message from the company saying the order is delayed. No response to messages asking about it. The food is expensive and not worth the brain damage. Tovala, you guys SUCK!

The customer service chat has taking so long. It’s unbelievable. they are very kind on the chat about the resolution is taking a very long time. we have enjoyed the meals in the oven. I would just say when something goes wrong with it. Lots of luck. It seems to be a big deal.
