I have been using Tovala on and off and absolutely love it. When I’m not ordering meals I use the oven more than my actual oven because it heats up fast and is the perfect size for cooking for one or two people. I end up spending just as much money trying cook for myself, and these meals are only about ten bucks each which isn’t bad. It really helps me eat healthy as well.

This is a very legitimate company. If you have any questions about the products, you can reach them in less than one minute, on chat. And the agents are smart and super helpful. The smart oven they sell is fantastic, compared to a conventional oven. I'm very excited about my oven. It arrived on time, with great communication from the company, and it performs VERY well. A smart oven wakes your food up and makes it taste as good as possible. I love this thing. They also offer a meal plan that works with the oven. It's ok. Won't knock your socks off. But the meals arrive on time and the website to order them is amazing. The whole company is amazing.

Absolutely horrible experience. I paid for 10 meals and only received 4. Went on online chat for support, said they would get back to me in a day, never did. I emailed support, never got a response. Tried calling their telephone number, "all agents are busy, leave a message." Then they first refused to refund my money, only wanted to give me a credit towards more meals. I had to threaten to call my credit card company to get them to give me a refund. I wrote a negative review on their site, and they removed it! Don't believe all their positive reviews because they remove the bad ones! Very dishonest company.
