Hi Dave, thank you so much for your kind words. We’re happy to hear your order arrived quickly and that everything went smoothly. It means a lot that you’re giving our product a try, especially in an old farmhouse where those little visitors love to hide. We’re truly sorry for the confusion and disappointment. You’re absolutely right that the messaging could be clearer. The pouches are designed to help prevent mice from returning once an infestation is under control, but we understand how that can feel misleading if the issue is already active. We’re reviewing our product descriptions to make this distinction clearer for future customers. Our team will be reaching out to you directly to review your order and make things right. We appreciate you sharing your experience and helping us improve. The Tougher Than Tom Team
