Hi Dan, We’re sorry the product didn’t meet your expectations. We do stand behind both Mosquito TNT and our customers, which is why your order has already been refunded. Results can be affected by factors such as placement, temperature, shade, nearby breeding areas, water level, and mosquito activity in the area. Even so, we understand that you gave it a try and were not satisfied with the outcome. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to resolve your case. Best regards,

Hi Ed, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience with Mosquito TNT did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your order, we can confirm that your expedited shipment was delivered on May 29. Since the order was placed on May 24, the package arrived within the advertised USPS expedited delivery timeframe of 1-3 business days. We also apologize if you felt unable to reach our team directly. Providing responsive support is important to us, and we're always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. We understand that mosquito control solutions can perform differently depending on the environment, mosquito population, and surrounding breeding areas. While many customers have had success with Mosquito TNT, we recognize that results can vary from property to property. We appreciate you giving our product a try and thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Best regards, Tougher Than Tom's Customer Support
