Since Verizon took over
Since Verizon took over, nothing but problems. New phones wouldn't work, stuck on emergency calls. Put the sim cards back in our old phones. Suddenly I had no data, could only receive plain texts. Spent many hours on the phone. Told they cannot transfer to supervisor or anyone to help, but when first person couldn't figure it out, they transfer to someone else. Now for the past week I have had no network connection at all. Said on Dec 21 there was a note on our account to send us new sim cards. Jan 7 and still haven't seen them. My daughter is also a customer. She ran out of data before her 30 days which has never happened before. Renewed Jan 4 and Jan 7 she is out of data already. We were with total wireless for 6 years and any problem we had was fixed immediately. Seems like Verizon trying to push people to contracts, but business sense says if you treat your customers like crap, they go elsewhere! Off to get new service today! And if I have to give up my phone number, will take it for peace of mind having service. UPDATE 1/24/23: They had said they were going to send new Sim cards. Finally we got something 1/14. I opened it and....1 Sim card for 2 lines that were not working properly. I laughed. We went and got another service on 1/7 and have had no issues with our phones that totalbyverizon couldn't figure out. Bye bye TBV. Total wireless was awesome until you took over.
