I ordered a set of Torchstar lights through Amazon (a pack of 4); but one of the 4 lights was defective. The remaining lights had already been installed by an electrician, so I couldn't return/exchange just one through Amazon. Italia D with Torchstar's customer service was extremely quick and efficient in getting back with me, obtaining what was needed to expedite the replacement, and getting the new shipment on its way. Ground shipping is slow, so I haven't received the replacement light yet, but the process of getting it taken care of was quick and friendly. These are great quality products (my installed under cabinet lights work flawlessly with my existing dimmer switch, and the light quality is beautiful), and now that I've had to utilize thier customer service, I can recommend them even more highly. Great products, professional quality, fair pricing, and great customer service! Thank you, Italia D!
