I never received my order and I’ve…
I never received my order and I’ve reached out multiple times and I’m not getting no answer. I’ve been making my payments through Afterpay and I never received my order. Please reach out to me.

Dear Melanie, we've shipped your product in a timely manner, and it was delivered and received by "Bell" because it was a signature-required shipment. UPS made sure to deliver it to you at your provided address. But after you informed us that you didn't receive the package, we opened the case on UPS, on which they clearly rejected our request as they showed us the proof that the package was signed by the receiver Bell and delivered to the address you provided. Very happy with my experience
Very happy with my experience! I placed an order with Liam who was extremely helpful and transparent, my order was placed and processed within a week and couple days, which is a little longer than they promised but i can understand considering the volume of orders these guys go through. I am glad to be part of this experience thank you Tops & Bottoms and a very special thank you to Liam as he is the star of this company!

Got the Lost and Founds!!!
Placed an order over the phone for a pair of lost and found jordan 1’s, Liam was very nice and helpful and I’m happy that I was able to get a pair that I really have wanted for a while now

My order wasn't filled the day I ordered it.. I had to continue to call daily before I could get someone to correctly fix my issue

This Site is a SCAM!!!
I recently ordered from tops and bottoms and had great communication at the start about the order. After about 5 days of not being shipped(Their Website Says 1 Day Shipping) I messaged them and they said it would be shipped that day. Fast forward 2 days they are ignoring all of my messages which included me trying to cancel my order. It took me threatening to take legal action for them to cancel my order. Total scam do not order from here
