Very pleasant experience
Very pleasant experience. Customer service was extremely helpful and actually listen and respond to concerns. All items came as described and packaged with care. Everything was received without damage including my lost and found Jordan 1s (mold free). Thanks TopsandBottomsUSA, looking forward to the next ones!

Best customer service I ever…
Best customer service I ever experienced. I won the Jordan 1 lost and found raffle and they had a little delay in receiving their shipment. But customer service was great. I was in contact with their social media and store associates non stop to assure me I would be receiving my shoes. I was so glad when they finally got delivered. Thank you so much!!!
