Very unsatisfied with their customer service. Before purchasing, I read numerous reviews about the item I wanted and they were mixed. Some said size up. Some said size down. I opted to play it safe and sized up. When the item arrived I tried it on and it was extremely too big. I requested a refund. After waiting for a response for several days, I was finally notified and told that they could offer an exchange but not a refund. I explained I did not want an exchange because now I couldn't be sure that the sizing would be correct. I was informed that their policy was no refunds. So now I am sitting here with an unusable tracksuit that I spent almost $300 on because they refuse to give a refund. I was even willing to pay the return shipping which they told me I would have to be responsible for and also the 20% restocking fee that they would charge. But they said that was only for exchanges. Clearly the sizing was not accurate. I didn't think it was wise to waste time and money on shipping costs and restocking fees to receive a size I still could not be sure would be accurate. So just be aware that this company does not offer refunds, only exchanges and you are required to pay restocking fees and return shipping costs. Shop elsewhere.

I placed an order with Tops and Bottoms on the 14th April for a pair of Hoka shoes, and they arrived on the 27th April. On trying them they were to small so I returned them on the 28th, with a tracking receipt. Since I hadn't heard anything, I then had a email stating that the refund would be put in my bank. When I checked nothing went in and still hasn't as from today. I have continued to email them on the 4th, 8th, 11th June and I've been ignored. I either want a refund or a bigger size (7)

I’ve been trying for a week to get a returns label so I can send some trainers back that were too small. They keep replying to my emails by saying they will send a returns label but they just don’t send it. I’m a very frustrated shopper b

Never recieved my order-- called, horrible customer service and the reciever lied on call saying it would ship the same day i called, I ordered my item 12 days ago, i look at my tracking and it still has not been updated, and shows out of stock on the item i ordered, scammers :/

I ordered a pair of shoes in my size, but they did not fit. I submitted a return and never received the label via email. I have emailed them three times asking for the label with no response. They also charge you $20 to return something.Their customer service is horrible and return policy sucks. Would not order from them unless you are absolutely sure you will not need to return the product.

Listen to the reviews and do not buy from this store. The product was falsely advertised. I purchased this hat specifically because the listing showed it without a pom-pom. The item I received was different than what was pictured and included a pom-pom. I called customer support twice and emailed them and never received a response. This is misleading advertising and poor customer service. Don’t waste your time or money—purchase from a reputable company that delivers the correct product and stands behind what they sell.

I was excited to get a text message saying that I won a raffle for some shoes that I wanted to get for my son for Christmas. When I replied to the text, I never received any response. So I called them and they said “sorry, sold out”! Meaning they sold it behind my back, because they probably have a click of resellers that they backdoored these shoes to. I would never buy from here again.
