Came super quick (with free shipping), arrived in amazing condition. I love the smell of new shoes. Cheaper than on the official Converse website, I love them.

I'm very unhappy with Tops&Bottoms returns policy. I received and item which was clearly mislabeled with respect to the size. I know my size and already own identical items of size L. So I requested an exchange. Tops&Botoms wants to charge me a return shipping plus a minimum $15 restocking which brings the total up by about 25%-30%. It's not even my fault that I received a mislabeled item. Better to stay away from the sellers like this one.

Dear Vadim, We are sorry that you are unhappy as we always satisfy our customers with our authentic products and on-time delivery. When we got your email, we responded quickly as we care about all our customer queries. We were trying to convince you with our experts who just checked the picture that you sent but you constantly tell us you will give us bad reviews. We truly understand your frustration at that time but we are also here to assist you and we did our best to calm you with a better solution as you are not aware of the product size that you order even thou on our website we also provide a size chart for our customers that will help them to measure the size. We told you that the item that you ordered in size L is the same item that you get. We also give you an option to exchange or return the item for a refund within 30 days (explicitly mentioned on the website). But you didn't bother to reply to us back. We mentioned our return and exchange policy on our website as our experts are sure that they send you the right time size L with the label that you order. We sell this item on daily basis and we never get any complaints from any of our customers. Thank you for sharing your experience We will gladly improve ourselves If needed but we always love to assist. Reach out to us so we can take great care of you. CHEERS !!
