I’ve gotten a couple pairs of shoes and they’re what I expected, however, the return policy is INSANE! Charging your customers $20 to return/ exchange and item is crazy. No company has ever made me pay more than $8 for return shipping. Such a scam and I will no longer be buying shoes from them. EDIT: I will say Williams is great with customer service and offered me a free exchange, however at this point I just wanted to return and because I got the item on discount they would not refund according to their policy, even tho they were willing to make an exception to their policy to give me a free exchange.

I ordered a pair of shoes 8 days ago and they haven't yet shipped. I haven't heard back from customer service. I live about 30 miles from the store, would have expected them a week ago. I won't be shopping here in the future! UPDATE: One day after posting the first review, I received a response telling me the shoe was unavailable and they would issue a credit. I suppose that's how business works now... reviews matter, people... not so much.
