I have ordered from this company many times with no issues. My last order on 8-4 has had nothing but issues. Order sat for 3 days before being filled. Was advised on 8-7 it was shipped except shipping company says they have never received it. No answer on their phone no reply to my messages

Sometimes our fulfillment process can get a little hectic, but we always work hard to get through everyone’s orders as quickly as possible. We’re glad we were able to get your order out to you promptly and ensure it arrived on time. I’m also happy we could assist you with tracking and contacting the carrier regarding your package. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we truly appreciate having you as a loyal customer. If you feel comfortable, we would be grateful if you could update your review to reflect the support and care we provided. Your feedback means a lot to us! Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support.

I have been ordering with Tobacco Stock for a number of years and have yet to be disappointed. When a minor issue popped up regarding discount codes, they quickly resolved the issue without hesitation. I will continue to order from this great company!

I order 3 to 4 boxes of cigars every single month. I've always got my delivery. I've always had nothing but great experience. One time I got the wrong delivery and they did more than make it right. Great cigars highly highly recommend. Great. Prices, great customer service representatives. Very easy to deal with great communication. I will always order my cigars from here. Highly recommend.
