Ordered cigarette tubes. They emailed me saying that it was illegal to ship just the tubes without the purchase of additional insurance and or the purchase of tobacco. Both are a lie. It took 2 weeks to get the money refunded. The phone number listed is a joke. They never answer and only respond by email. Until they start ignoring you.

I have been ordering from Tobacco stock.com for years. Before pandemic they offered free ship for orders 99.00and more! I would order 5lb bag of loose tobacco and 5 5pack cartons of tubes will last me six months! Shipping is normal time but I'm lucky usually within 4days order comes. Prices are reasonably same and other shops online, way less expensive then buying from local store, where I've paid double for 1 lb compared to 12 dollars or more depending on brand. Packaging is done well, I purchased since shipping changed, during the pandemic they do not offer the free shipping at all now! I hope they do return to this offer,but I am loyal I have had good service so I'm not going to jinx myself, although I saw another offering free ship for 120.00 or more in purchase! I also want to add product is fresh! And I've never had a problem! They also have a very good list of brands in way of rolling tobacco supplies machines to roll and other accessories, as well cigar and pipe. They offer deals on different product! I support a good business!

Waste of time and yiou will have to dispute with bank to get cash back dont wait over 45 days/

I made an order for 5 lbs of tobacco using them instead of another supplier That I had used previously. This due to an online coupon code for free shipping. The code was not accepted and tired of shopping around I went ahead with the order. I also placed a 1$ insurance on it through route. Route sent me Emails to track my packages through their app. Trying to download to my desktop it kept trying to get my phone number to download it there. I did not wish it there so another irritation.I went back to tobaccostock website to check why order had not shipped yet.I had ordered on monday and got a notice on friday it was ready to ship. The site then tells me shipping is usually sent out on mondays. This was not mentioned when checking on shipping charges. I tried to call the phone # on the site to cancel as shipping was on mondays and this was friday and I could pick up 5 one pound bags for little more than their total with no wait time. The call was another frustration as It said unnavailable and no way to leave a message. So I went back to the site and left a written message which was answered in minutes by email rather than the call back I had asked for. I value my time and hope this review will save others who value theirs
