These people are so helpful
I had made a mistake on a 150-dollar order. The crew at Tobacco General responded right away (same day) and corrected my mistake. It was hard to believe how helpful they were.

ordered the wrong thing - RESOLVED
I had placed an order but selected the wrong tobacco. I realized this on Sunday night and reached out to them. They got my issue resolved before it shipped, even tho it was on the weekend. So I'm a very happy customer.

I've been using Tobacco General for almost 8 years now. I recently had a minor shipping issue, which wasn't their fault. It was my first issue with them in the whole 8 years. Support was friendly, and just amazing! They worked with me and resolved my issue very quickly. I highly recommend them!
