I didn't receive my first order but the order did arrive at my address. I'm not sure if it was porch pirates or what since I was at work when it arrived and I didn't have a ring camera since just moving to the residence. Tobacco General was very quick to resend the order and I did receive it.

I contacted y’all when my package was listed as delivered and it wasn’t it my mailbox. I was notified within the hour that my package was left in the postal box. I then found out that my mailman didn’t leave me a key for access. Your customer service was extremely efficient and response time was outstanding!
