this appears to be some sort of AI scam. I ordered Pipe tobacco. Received an email with an order number and a tracking link. The tracking link appeared to show progress through shipping via USPS but no tracking number. It showed the package as having been delivered but I never received it. I called the Customer Service line three times and each time, after 20 minutes, was disconnected, All three times... update 10/06/2026 this is resolved. the product showed up in my mailbox today.

If not, please email our customer service at [email protected] for further assistance. 10/06/26 You left one voicemail, which we received and acknowledged. We then responded to you by email. Once you confirmed that the package had not been delivered, we contacted USPS to open an investigation into the shipment. We are glad to hear that your order has now arrived safely. However, once the package was in USPS’s possession, the delivery was handled by the carrier, and we took the appropriate steps on our end to assist you when you reported that the package was missing. The review was posted within approximately one hour of contacting us, before we had an opportunity to complete the investigation with USPS.
