I've been ordering from another company for a while but decided to give tobacco general a try. I actually considered it about a year ago, but their website felt outdated back then, even though I knew they were legit because of thousands of positive reviews on Bizrate. Now, they've updated the site, and it's super fast and modern, which made me feel more comfortable placing an order. I did see a few negative reviews outside of Bizrate, but it seems like people often only post when they're upset. Overall, things looked good, so I went ahead and ordered. I've placed three orders so far, and everything has been great - tobacco is always fresh, the tubes are in good condition, and the injector machine still works perfectly. There was one time when one of my box of five packs of tubes arrived crushed, but it seemed more like an issue with the carrier, even though the box had a fragile sticker on it. I emailed them, and they pro-rated a refund for the damaged box within three days. I'll keep ordering from them because they've been reliable, and their prices are great.

I have been ordering from Tobacco General for over a year now. My order has always been correct. I had an issue with the post office not delivering my package and sent it back to Tobacco General and they sent my order back out to me with no problem once they received it back. They kept me updated through the whole process.

I have been ordering from tobacco general for years. I have always been pleased. This past time I ordered there was an issue. The box that it's a tobacco and tubes came in was crushed on every side. Needless to say the tubes were crushed as well. The tobacco general staff were very understanding and resolved my issue. Tobacco general redelivered free of charge all my tubes that were crushed. Thank you tobacco general for resolving my issue.
