I generally don't give extremely positive reviews because no matter how they're written, to me they always sound like they're staged. But because I appreciate Tobaccogeneral so much I'll write one anyways. The most nerve-wracking thing you can do online is buy from a company that's not listed on any of the major online retailers. You can rest assured that's not a problem with Tobaccogeneral. I've been buying from tobacco general for a long time now and I've always had exceptional customer service from them. The tobacco is really good quality, the shipping is really fast, and it's much much cheaper than buying locally. The only thing negative I can say is they provide a phone number that I suspect is massively over loaded so they don't actually have time to call you back. The quality and the speed of service overrides that issue to the point that it's not an issue.

One of the best Company's I have ever bought from. I had a problem where the USPS Crushed my Package. I told Tobacco General, It was not their fault and I was not after a replacement. They still made it right. In today's tight economy, every penny count's.The People there were super nice and helpful. A great place to do Business.

The best customer service I've experienced in my life. Been ordering from here atleast 5 years + Always receive my orders NEVER crushed or damaged. They pack the best I've seen. Shipping I get my orders in 5 to 7 days. They are on what they do and have it to a science and for tobacco they treat your stuff like ARMANI. Keep up the great work there!

Very prompt support and I definitely appreciated the need for security on the order to make sure it wasn't a scammer. Was easy to prove it was me even though I did not have my shipping address matching my billing address just yet (Discover card must be still processing it into their system since I did it just before the order).
