Good customer service :-)
Josh at Titan was very helpful when I called. They answered the phone and solved my problem hospitably. Was pleasantly surprised they just picked up the phone. Big plus nowadays in my opinion. Good company, affordable cold plunge. Titan is a game changer.

I love my cold plunge
I love my cold plunge. That daily experience really forces you to focus. The Titan support team is focused on supporting me and resolving any issue I had. From assembly to test to use, Any common perceived issue I had was answered quickly and with direction. It's nice in knowing I might be alone in my backyard, but there's an attentive team in the wings waiting to Help.

Could not be more impressed
Could not be more impressed with their customer service. Within 5 minutes of placing my order, had Victor from Titan reach out to thank me and make sure I was good with my order. Got everything within a week. I made a mistake during setup and the chiller wasn’t pumping properly, but was able to call in and talk to Joe who walked me through the whole thing. They’ve been great the whole way through. 10/10 would recommend.

I purchased a 1/3 HP chiller for an ice…
I purchased a 1/3 HP chiller for an ice plunge I already had. When it arrived, and after setting up I realized there was a difference in size of the titan tubing and my plunge ports. Joe, from tech support has been a gem. Answering all my questions and figuring out how to make the chiller work! Fabulous!
