Absolutely horrible people!

Well I order 4 tires from tire buyers seemed like a good price and good shipping time, well nothing other delivered till a week later and I only received 1 tire so I email them and they tell me 2 are on back order and there will be a refund for those and then two have shipped but still have not seen those 2 days later its not like I'm in a hurry for them but it would be nice to know what's in-stock and not on backorder before I buy something

The order process on the Tire Buyer website was very easy but there was a couple of hiccups... 1st was that after I had purchased the tires and made an appointment at a recommended installer, I received an email the next day stating that the tires were unable to be delivered on time because of a delay in the order? I contacted Tire Buyer and after checking on the order, the customer rep stated that the tires would be picked up by the installer (which was across the road from the warehouse) and that the schedule I had made still stood. 2nd was that after my daughter had the tires installed on her car, she called me and said that the installer wanted $139.00 for installation. I informed her and an employee there that I had already paid for installation on the Tire Buyer website ($97.00). The installer then called Tire Buyer and after a few minutes on the phone with them, stated that she didn't have to pay anything additional and could leave. I don't know who is at fault with the break down in communication between the installer and Tire Buyer but I would print off the order form from Tire Buyer when you go to their recommended installer just in case you have a similar issue. This isn't the first time that I have used Tire Buyer and probable will not be the last since these are the only issues that I have ever had using them.

Will never buy from this company again. Lied that they delivered tires and set up an appointment that cost me a days pay. Told tires got delivered late so no appointment. Called installer and told no tires were there. Got a phone call from someone in Kost corporate that said they were revaluing their relationship with company over their payments and delivery. Finally had tires delivered 2 weeks later and had them installed after waiting 1/2 hr past appointment set up tire. Going back to Tirerack.com from now on.

I was skeptical at first when looking to purchase tires through my local tire shop and then I was directed to tirebuyer.com, but it all worked out seamlessly. The tires were delivered to the tire shop by the date indicated by tirebuyer.com. The only issue I didn't like was I had the option to choice an A.M. or P.M. appointment, but was then informed the tire shop did not make appointments; it's first come first served. Nonetheless, the end result of the process of ordering tires, free delivery, and having my tires mounted was easy.

Tirebuyer and the local installer coordinated the scheduling and installation part of the process. There was, however, a problem with the installation fees and refund.

Buying the tires online was easy and the price was great. Unfortunately the tires weren't delivered on the day I was quoted when checking out. This caused me to make 4 trips to the shop to finally get my tires installed.
