Ordered 4 tire received 3 on November 21 have yet to see other one have had to cancel the install 3 times already and not get answers on where other tire is not happy.

Three of four tires got delivered, on time. The fourth was damaged by UPS. Did they send a replacement? No - not even after they received the damaged tire. Instead, we had to call - and by that time, they were out of stock. Okay - we'll get the same tire somewhere else. Refund the one tire, and we'll go our separate ways. What do they do? Refund the whole order and take all the tires back. I honestly feel scammed - out of time and patience rather than money. They use an Indian based call center - save yourself time and aggravation - just pay more elsewhere. What a waste.

zero stars. company is fake or scam. never got the tires and week plus run around still no refund. dealing with bank now. steer clear use better know sites like discount tire or tire rack.

Prices were better than my local garage and arrived at my house within a few days.

I placed an incorrect order and requested that the order be canceled and full refund be provided. Note this occurred over the weekend during non-business hours. I received a response within hours of TireBuyer opening for business the following Monday that my request had been processed - my order was canceled and I would receive a full refund. No muss, no fuss; a truly fantastic experience.

Did not provide installation service with purchase order therefore they were unable to put on the tires

Purchased in-stock tires and installation. Company accepted payment immediately however did not ship the tires due to a 'technical glitch' and only after I called them a week later. Tires promised in a few days not delivered for 2 weeks and not in time for a planned road trip. Advise tracking order progress closely and reaching out immediately with any questions.
