I had been using tirebuyer for years…
I had been using tirebuyer for years without issue. I had an issue with 1 of my tires and they told me they do not honor the warranty. They took no responsibility for the product is sold. They lost a customer for the trickery on the warranty. I will be telling all my family and friends NOT to be buying tires from a company who does not honor the warranty. First they told me it was the manufacturer's warranty, then I was told they have a 12 month road hazard, on a 70K mile tire.

Hi, we're sorry to hear you had an issue with your tires. Unfortunately, while rare, manufacturer defects in tires do happen. Tire manufacturers are solely responsible for their warranty programs and handle the decisions to replace or refund your purchase on a case-by-case basis. Tirebuyer does not offer additional warranty options beyond the manufacturer's. There's more information about this on our website - https://www.tirebuyer.com/education/frequently-asked-questions#warranties We can assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer, just use this online form to get started - https://tally.so/r/nr2L6R Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.
