Charged $500, declined delivery, warehouse never had them, then cancelled with no refund
Bought from Tirebuyer since 2017 for personal vehicles and business. Same address for years. April order arrived with no issues. August 19 order (#606817165): two Pirelli Scorpion All Season Plus 3, 235/55R18. Charged $500.92. Same address that worked in April. They declined the delivery. Customer service did nothing useful. I told them I would drive to the warehouse and pick the tires up myself. Took time off work and went there. Warehouse staff said they never received the tires. Called customer service again. They said they had already cancelled the order and issued a refund — the same day I told them I was coming to pick them up. They cancelled with no communication. The refund they claimed they issued did not show up. Then the emails started contradicting each other on the same order and same tracking number (FLXFWDf823427f86784c55): • “Your order is on the way” • Tracking: Delivery Exception • Warehouse: we don’t have them • “Your order has been canceled” • “Your refund is being processed” One shipped email says the order was placed August 19. Another says September 14. Their own system cannot even keep the date straight. Nine years of business. Same house. One clean April shipment. Then they take the money, refuse the delivery, send you to a warehouse that never had the product, cancel behind your back, and leave you with emails that argue with each other. Do not use them if you actually need the tires. They will charge you, lose the order, waste your day, and then tell you both that it shipped and that it was cancelled.
