Late shipments
Purchased in-stock tires and installation. Company accepted payment immediately however did not ship the tires due to a 'technical glitch' and only after I called them a week later. Tires promised in a few days not delivered for 2 weeks and not in time for a planned road trip. Advise tracking order progress closely and reaching out immediately with any questions. Edited to reflect vendor reaching out to address.
