I've just chucked my Timex in the dustbin after 1 year and a bit use . Customers services said I could have it repaired if I was to wait up to 3 months . I feel sorry for the staff at customers services there hands are tied . So please please buy a watch that's going to last . Do you remember the days when watches used to last .

Hello, Tony. We’re sorry to hear that your watch did not last as long as you had hoped and that the estimated repair timeframe left you feeling that repair was not a practical option. We understand how disappointing it is when a product you rely on falls short of your expectations, and we appreciate your recognition of our customer service team. Your comments about product longevity and repair turnaround times are valuable. They highlight the importance of continually reviewing both the customer experience and the support options available when something goes wrong. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective.Hello, We’re sorry to hear that your watch did not last as long as you had hoped and that the estimated repair timeframe left you feeling that repair was not a practical option.
