My timex transcend ladies watch stops and lets me down every few months. I sent it back but it was returned with note saying it was left for 24 hours and working perfectly. I had let them know it wad an intermittent stop error. They never checked out the problem. It continued to let me down so i don't use it any more. A total waste of money as unreliable.

Leaving this review here because I guess you need to be invited to leave reviews on the website, even if you're a verified buyer who purchased there. I've been wearing Timex Expedition digital sport watches for about 2 decades now, and there's been a noticeable decline in quality over the years. These watches used to cost like $15 and would withstand a couple of years of swimming, rock climbing, and contact sports. Now they cost $50-$90, and they rarely last a year of being worn to a desk job. Even before they break, they will randomly get stuck and show the wrong time for an hour or two. I'm on my third "dud" in a row now. The only reason I haven't jumped ship yet is because I'm familiar with the interface and it's hard to find men's watches that aren't comically oversized. Since this is supposed to be a website review instead of a watch review, the website sucks, too (as do most websites post-2015). It won't let me leave a review on the product I purchased.

Timex Ironman Essential wristwatch didn't resist rain penetration and fogged up just past a year of ownership. It claims water resistance up to 1,000 meters. It's junk.

Great price. Arrived quickly, order was for three watches, two had dead batteries. Contacted Timex, was told go to store and get new one, period. So you purchase watch then have to purchase new battery. Very disappointing, you would expect to get a working watch with purchase

I purchased a solar TIMEX watch via Amazon (11/12/25) but SUPPORTED by TIMEX INTERNATIONAL out of Lakewood, New Jersey (or close by location) The watch came with NO MANUAL and I was told I needed to copy the 58 pages (-can you believe this?) myself for usage. NIXED that in one "heartbeat". RETURNED IT within 48 hours. Amazon actually had to pressure them as a 3rd party to refund my money JUST TODAY.

customer service was good as far as refund. they sent me a pan-am watch supposedly brand new. it had no papers, pamphlet. and the watch attached to pillow, when i open box the watch was sideways on a pillow, nothing else. the indiglo light didn't work. i didn't try anything else. this was a returned item they sent me. on the return address they tried cutting off the return part but i could see it. i hate getting returned items, so much of it lately. i'll never look at timex watches again. thats how i'll treat sellers that tell me i'm stupid

EDIT: I stand corrected, it took them almost two weeks but I did finally get my return label today. Hopefully they don't screw me over after I send it back. I bought a quartz watch from them that was less accurate than even my cheapest mechanical watch. I requested a refund and they never followed up. Sent an email to their customer service with also no response. I couldn't find any way to review the product directly so who knows who might be leaving all those 5 star reviews on their website. I bought from them because so so many watch reviewers rate them highly but I am left disappointed. Absolutely shameful.

Crappy customer service. There was no return label in the box so wanted them to send me one: Answer to my email on the 12th: "Thank you for your email. I can definitely request a return label. I would just like to confirm as to what's the reason for the return and what are the items that you would like to return?" And after several more emails got this on the 23rd: "I already requested the label. I will send it to you once available." Now its the 28th and still no label after several reminders. I can imagine how long it will take to get my refund. Think twice before ordering. 2 stars because i guess it could be worse and products seamed ok.
