I bought a watch through Amazon and had an issue with the band after 3 months of use. I talked to a nice lady in customer service and she was very helpful and assisted me to get my watch serviced. I am so happy with the experience I had with the customer service from Timex. Keep up the good work everyone!!

I’m a life long fan of Timex. I’ve seen some negative reviews about Customer Service and all can say is I have ALWAYS had good experiences with Timex CS. Just recently I purchased two ‘Timex Kids’ watches w/ the NASA logo and the hands labeled ‘Hour’ and ‘Minutes’ respectively. After placing my online order I realized standard shipping might take 7-10 days (though all my deliveries arrive sooner than that) so I tried to expedite after the sale but the order was in no-man’s land between vendor and shipper. I called Customer Service - my call was taken immediately - no wait time, no Muzak. Straight to a CSA. On my initial query the agent explained that with the order still between purchase and shipping it wasn’t possible to expedite….yet. I tried back the next day and was told Timex would do their best, but expectations were politely level-set. As in; it’s a long shot, but we’ll try. I received the watches just TWO DAYS after contacting CS. I was thrilled. I can trust Timex to be candid and trustworthy in every interaction. Grateful to know a renowned brand is in my corner. Ed

Timex had an unbelievable 50% off sale, so I bought two watches. They arrived together but one had a fault. I contacted Timex who issued a pre-paid postage label within an hour. I popped it in the post to them on Saturday. By Wednesday they'd confirmed receipt of the watch and issued an immediate refund. Timex is a totally trustworthy company and I'll be buying more from them in future The working watch is stunning by the way, I love it to bits and it looks amazing on my wrist. Timex watches are incredible value. I own two now (would have been three) and will continue to build my collection

Expedition Field Post Solar 36mm I was intially very disappointed but after having done some research on the web I'm now extremely happy with the watch. Based on my experience I would suggest that Timex gives some basic instructions about their solar watches and how they charge and work e.g the watch will not be charged at all when you receive it therefore the second hand will not move at all; once the watch has started charging by placing in sunlight or artificial light it will take some time for the second hand to begin moving and will move in two second jumps until fully charged, when it will start to move in one second increments. NB two second jumps indicate a low battery and that the watch needs charging. It's a lot of watch for the money and handsome with it (though I'd like a little more luminosity in the dark, but you can't have everything), so something as simple as short instructions would mean people don't think they've got a dud!

Purchased a watch for my son. No problems with deliver, communication or the watch. Maybe not as good quality as the website picture showed but it’s fine. I was a bit nervous after I’d seen all the 1 star reviews but I’ve had no issue with them at all.

After having been seriously let down by the Timex distributor in Hong Kong, I reached out to Timex International (USA) for relief. They went out of their way to not only help me with what had gone wrong, i.e., a simple watch crystal that, for some reason, could not be replaced, but exceeded my expectations, set things right, and made me whole. While I probably wont buy another Timex in Hong Kong due to the agent's shocking service, I will remain a loyal fan of Timex and would gladly buy one again elsewhere.
