Bad customer Service and watches ARE CHEAP, NO WORKING customer Service Number, so you cant Gt in Touch Witch them! avoid!

Perhaps I’ve been unlucky and timex watches are usually great. I purchased a Waterbury yellow faced watch and was pleased with it, bought my husband a decent timed watch, his never worked and returned it and timex repaid with no quibble. My yellow watch stopped working and I thought battery, left it a while and tried to get it working with a new battery but it’s broken 😞so my experience with timex watches hasn’t been great.

Ich habe im Onlineshop eine Uhr bestellt, die gefiel mir nicht und ich wollte sie zurück senden. Das Rücksendeetikett gilt in Österreich aber nicht, da kein Barcode drauf ist. Ich mailte Timex diesen Umstand 5mal, doch es kam keine Antwort. Schließlich versprach man mir, wenn ich das Porto zahle, erhalte ich es zurück. Ich versendete also die Uhr. Die kam laut Sendungsverfolgung an der Adresse in Holland an. Doch Timex bestätigte nie den Empfang, antwortete immer nur per Email, ich solle mich gedulden, und dies in schlechtem Deutsch. Auf das Geld für Uhr und Porto warte ich seit 2 Jahren. Nie wieder Timex!😑

I'll keep writing here until my situation is going to change. Thanks to trustpilot to give me this way to talk to TIMEX, but i seriously doubt anyone is reading this. Simply because there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN EUROPE. My package is ready since more than one week, just waiting that people "working" for timex in amsterdam give it to dhl. But unfortunately, there are NO ONE WORKING IN AMSTERDAM OFFICE. I tried to call every single day at different hours, but nobody answer. Be very careful before ordering from timex europe, that's all I Can say.

Crappy customer service. There was no return label in the box so wanted them to send me one: Answer to my email on the 12th: "Thank you for your email. I can definitely request a return label. I would just like to confirm as to what's the reason for the return and what are the items that you would like to return?" And after several more emails got this on the 23rd: "I already requested the label. I will send it to you once available." Now its the 28th and still no label after several reminders. I can imagine how long it will take to get my refund. Think twice before ordering. 2 stars because i guess it could be worse and products seamed ok.

Love Timex's reliable, affordable watches. Owned my digital watch for 2+ years, no problems.

Really bad custumer service. I got the wrong watch. I want to return it, but there where no return label in a box, i sent them 8 emails for the return label and got one answer after 14 days. They have 30 days return policy. Their 00 800 6667 7000 number doesnt exist. Still waitning on email...Never again Timex.
